I thought I’d show you what I got up to in February by showing you all the pictures that I took. This month was obviously a short one so it feels like it was dominated by work but I still had a good month.
We lost this little beauty this month and it absolutely broke my heart. She was really ill and her body was riddled with tumours so our family made the decision to put her out of her misery. I miss her everyday but I know she’s in peace now and is running around with Woody. I love you lots.
This month, my cousin and I also started looking at old family photos. The one of my brothers and I is one of my favourites and I love it so much but the second pictures makes me cringe just a bit. My hair is so greasy and disgusting and I just wonder how I was allowed out like that. It was so nice to look through all this old memories and I cherish these so much. It was a proper little family day and it was just so nice to reminisce and enjoy ourselves.
I had quite a few nights out this month which is probably really bad on my part but oh well. My friends really rallied around me this month after I had some pretty bad news. These nights out were full of laughter and fun and collapsing back into my bed with them all and gossiping about the night. I have really enjoyed going out and making new friends and just enjoying my life again. My mental health has been quite low this past month but it hasn’t stopped me going out and enjoying myself like it usually would. I’m so glad that I have wonderful friends around me that will always support me in whatever I do.
I also met up with one of my oldest friends at the end of the month. I hadn’t seen her since we left school because our lives got so busy and in the way. It was so nice to catch up and speak about everything we’ve missed and we’re definitely going to be making it a regular occurrence!
A lot of this month was dominated by work but I definitely feel like I’ve balanced it well with going out and seeing people. I can’t wait to see what happens in March!
Lots of love,
